Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based CBT techniques, tailored to individual client needs.

• Document therapy sessions thoroughly and accurately using our streamlined EMR, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

• Participate in weekly clinical consultations with peers to discuss cases, share strategies, and ensure best practices are upheld.

• Engage in continuous learning by accessing free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through our partnership with leading educational platforms.

• Maintain a consistent schedule of therapy sessions during weekday hours, eliminating the need for evening or weekend commitments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Thought Matters, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and other common mental health issues. Your role will involve creating personalized treatment plans that address the unique experiences and goals of each client. Utilizing teletherapy, you will facilitate convenient access to mental health services for clients who may have difficulty attending in-person sessions.

Qualifications\n

• Active and independent LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, with at least one year of independent licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your contributions to our team will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
