The Dream Works, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to join our innovative team. As a remote counselor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the mental well-being of our clients by providing high-quality therapeutic support from the comfort of your own home. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while you focus on making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored therapeutic plans that address their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing individual, couple, and family therapy modalities, ensuring each client's voice is heard.

• Assist clients in identifying and achieving their therapeutic objectives by employing strategies grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation and strict confidentiality of all client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest mental health techniques and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our team provides support to a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline, with a focus on mental health.

• A valid and current LCMHC licensure in Vermont or your respective state.

• Demonstrated experience working with a diverse clientele, showcasing cultural competency and sensitivity.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based treatment techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

• Exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Capacity to work both independently and as an effective part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is advantageous, as you will be delivering therapy in a virtual setting.

• Familiarity with mental health documentation software and teletherapy platforms.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
