Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess mental health needs and devise personalized treatment plans.

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing Evidence-Based Practics (EBPs) to ensure effective outcomes.

• Support clients in articulating their therapy goals, guiding them to recognize and celebrate their progress over time.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards while utilizing digital therapy management platforms for ease and accessibility.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer collaborations to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, addressing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Your role is critical in promoting self-awareness, resilience, and coping strategies, thus contributing to improved overall mental health and well-being. You will utilize culturally sensitive approaches to ensure that all clients feel understood and valued in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and valid LCMHC license in the state of Vermont.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capability to build trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
