Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs through initial evaluations, which include comprehensive interviews and standardized assessments to formulate clear treatment plans.

• Design and implement tailored therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based treatment techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Support clients in identifying and setting their therapeutic objectives, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous client documentation and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate record-keeping of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
