Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist specializing in mood disorders, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mood disorder symptoms, including severity, frequency, and duration.

• Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique goals and preferences.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the needs of mood disorder clients.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices.

• Monitoring clients' progress through regular check-ins and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.
