Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the symptoms, duration, and severity of mood disorders in clients, ensuring a holistic understanding of their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences, fostering ownership of their therapeutic journey.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively manage and treat mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment modalities, and develop self-care strategies, promoting a deeper understanding of their mental health challenges.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to support a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
