Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, helping to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Offer individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that cater to diverse client backgrounds and issues.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and actively monitor progress during treatment to ensure their psychological and emotional growth.

• Provide teletherapy options that cater to clients' preferences and support accessibility for those facing challenges to in-person appointments.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload. In addition to the competitive salary, you will benefit from a flexible work schedule that allows you to set your hours within the structure of the organization.
