This role is entirely remote, providing flexibility and comfort as you engage with clients through secure virtual platforms such as Zoom and Skype. Our outpatient model means you will predominantly interact with clients needing short-term support for sub-clinical issues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive 1-on-1 telehealth counseling sessions focused on addressing clients' emotional challenges, including work-related stress and work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal and career goals, providing guidance that aligns with their aspirations and unique situations.

• Engage actively with our internal clinical team, sharing insights and suggestions for evolving our platform and improving patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions utilizing electronic medical records systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client base will consist of individuals seeking immediate assistance with manageable emotional and psychological struggles. This may include clients experiencing anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges. Our approach emphasizes empathy and support tailored to the unique experiences of each client, allowing for effective strategies that contribute to their overall happiness and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current active license in your respective state as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• At least two years of clinical experience working one-on-one with clients facing emotional challenges.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on the specifics of work hours and experience level.
