Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and validated assessment tools, ensuring diagnostic accuracy and appropriate treatment planning.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling services through telehealth platforms, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction with evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions online, creating a safe space for individuals to share their experiences and foster mutual support among peers facing similar mental health issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, monitoring progress and making adjustments to therapies as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients in immediate distress, conducting risk assessments and mobilizing appropriate resources to ensure client safety.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
