Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical judgments and client goals, regularly reviewing and refining them to accommodate changing needs.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure the efficacy of treatment.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and integrate multidisciplinary approaches to treatment.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and client confidentiality regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure in New York State as a Mental Health Therapist, including one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  \n
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services in a mental health setting.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
