Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify co-occurring disorders, determining clients' unique treatment needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, focusing on clients' specific goals and challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions addressing addiction issues, trauma, and overlapping mental health concerns, fostering an environment of healing and self-discovery.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance their rehabilitation outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction counselors—to provide comprehensive care that addresses both mental health and substance use disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health, addiction recovery principles, and coping strategies to ensure they are equipped for success.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards set forth in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is to support clients grappling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our diverse patient population includes individuals from various backgrounds and circumstances, each seeking a structured recovery process tailored to their needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A minimum of 3 years of recent experience providing mental health support, particularly in rehabilitation settings.

• Training or specialization in mental health rehabilitation is a plus.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with additional certifications in trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) will have an added advantage. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
