Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs through telehealth platforms.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation, goals, and preferences.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices that enhance psychological well-being and interpersonal relationships.

• Track and document client progress meticulously, ensuring that treatment adjustments are made as needed to optimize their healing journey.

• Engage in regular communication with clients to provide them with the necessary support and encouragement throughout their treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Clinical Psychology Pathways, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Our client-centered approach emphasizes building trust and rapport through empathetic communication, which is essential for effective therapeutic outcomes. You will play a crucial role in empowering clients to explore their feelings, identify coping mechanisms, and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a mental health therapist, including qualifications such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy services in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive therapeutic alliance with clients and effective collaboration with peers.

• Experience with telehealth practices and digital documentation tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
