Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms, focusing on the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' mental health needs.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily includes individuals facing mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. We serve a diverse group of clients from various backgrounds and walks of life, emphasizing a culturally competent approach in all interactions. As a counselor, your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential in fostering a safe therapeutic environment for exploration and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based treatment modalities specifically related to mood disorders.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the collaborative role of medication in mental health treatment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly those focusing on mood disorders, will be given strong consideration. Familiarity with telehealth practices is also advantageous, given the remote nature of this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
