Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.

• Deliver therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, focusing on empowerment, skill-building, and emotional regulation.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and other mental health professionals to offer coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, employing de-escalation techniques and support for clients experiencing acute distress.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
