Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, using standardized tools and methods.

• Lead individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment interventions as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options to maintain accessibility for clients who prefer virtual sessions due to geographical, physical, or scheduling constraints.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse adult clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward client experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle administrative responsibilities and maintain a manageable caseload.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
