Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with clients to create actionable discharge plans that outline the next steps post-therapy and support continued success outside of the counseling environment.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, along with NEHS policies and procedures, to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to foster a team-oriented atmosphere and share insights for improved patient care.

Qualifications\n
