Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, determining clients' mental health status through professional diagnostic tools and structured interviews.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that encompass therapeutic goals tailored to each client's needs, drawing on a variety of methodologies to adapt interventions as required.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group sessions, using therapeutic frameworks that promote emotional healing and resilience.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress through regular check-ins, utilizing assessment scales and therapeutic adjustments as necessary to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring that they receive appropriate support in critical situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, aligning with best practices and legal requirements to uphold client confidentiality and ensure compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) in the state of New York.
