Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, identifying symptoms and determining treatment goals through clinical interviews and standardized evaluation tools.

• Design and facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress management.

• Craft personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, fostering clients’ engagement by incorporating their preferences and feedback into the therapeutic process.

• Provide crisis intervention support immediately for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, employing de-escalation techniques and developing appropriate safety plans.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, facilitating understanding of coping strategies and resources while promoting resilience and self-care practices.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines regarding patient care. This includes documentation of assessments, treatment interventions, progress reports, and outcome evaluations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide holistic care for clients and coordinate interventions across services.

• Uphold the ethical standards of practice, ensuring informed consent and client privacy while demonstrating cultural competence in interactions with clients from varied backgrounds.
