Our salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.

Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while being part of a dynamic outpatient healthcare team. Regular meetings and collaborative sessions are conducted remotely, ensuring constant connection with colleagues and a sense of community. Adaptability is important, as our team may have to adjust approaches based on client needs. While standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, flexibility may be required to accommodate the varying schedules of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patient needs and concerns, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic services utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational support groups that foster understanding and community among participants facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver cohesive and effective patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, developing appropriate safety plans for at-risk clients.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources within the community.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation as per legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is required.
