Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify and evaluate patients' psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment for clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, promoting community and collaboration among patients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create coordinated care strategies.

• Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, applying sound judgment and ethical practices.

• Educate clients on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and craft effective treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
