This role offers the unique opportunity to provide critical mental health services through telehealth, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients throughout the Dallas, Texas area while working from the comfort of your home.

Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, you will engage with clients using telehealth technology, ensuring flexibility and accessibility to those who seek our services. The remote work setting allows you to connect with clients in a comfortable environment that fosters open communication and therapeutic rapport. Our counselors work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions, enabling the creation of personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities to effectively address and support client challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguarding client privacy.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care and effective treatment strategies.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings designed to enhance the quality of care and discuss best practices within our collaborative environment.

• Educate and support clients and their families, offering crucial information about mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources to promote understanding and empowerment.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements within the mental health field to continuously refine your approach and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and include individuals seeking support for various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficiency in implementing solution-based psychotherapy interventions and the ability to adapt techniques to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients, families, and team members.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to effectively assess client needs and devise appropriate treatment strategies.
