Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of new mental health research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
