Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify individual care needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, addressing emotional difficulties related to aging, life transitions, grief, and loss.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 95,000, alongside performance-based incentives, including a sign-on bonus for the right candidate.
