Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote telehealth setting. You will work primarily from home, connected with clients through virtual platforms. Our telehealth model ensures access to care for clients from various backgrounds, offering flexibility in scheduling. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends required to accommodate client appointments and practice needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to each client’s therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, applying relevant therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and multidisciplinary client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
