Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based mental health therapy techniques tailored to individual and family needs to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to develop initial discharge plans that guide ongoing treatment.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring the treatment plan is followed and adjusted as necessary.

• Coordinating additional services for clients, based on assessment findings, and revising treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in line with organizational and professional standards.

• Managing a caseload of clients diligently, ensuring their needs are continually met through regular evaluations and adjustments to therapy.

• Participating actively in treatment team meetings to collaborate effectively with fellow clinicians and support staff, promoting a holistic treatment approach.

• Demonstrating a compassionate and professional demeanor during all client interactions, acknowledging and addressing any feedback or concerns raised by clients.

• Upholding patient safety as a top priority through adherence to best practices and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a compelling compensation package with an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
