Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, in-depth assessments of clients' mental health needs, creating a detailed profile of their strengths, challenges, and goals.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness strategies, to effectively support individuals and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on maternal mental health, addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals who may experience anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues related to pregnancy and postpartum periods. You will work empathetically with a diverse client base, including new mothers, couples adjusting to parenthood, and families seeking support during transitional life stages. Your role directly impacts clients’ emotional resilience and overall family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• A minimum of two years of direct, relevant experience in providing therapy or counseling services, with a focus on maternal health being highly advantageous.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth delivery of counseling services is preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health record systems that facilitate seamless documentation and client tracking. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
