Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and mental health diagnoses, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans for clients with various mental health issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities in providing short-term counseling, catering to the unique needs of each client.

• Administer case management services, ensuring clients have access to the necessary resources during their treatment journey.

• Engage in crisis intervention scenarios, performing assessments and de-escalation techniques, while coordinating with public mental health crisis teams as needed.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate follow-up assessments, create prevention plans, and collaborate with outside service providers for comprehensive client support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
