Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, ensuring that therapy is tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in team-based collaboration to achieve common goals, enhancing the care provided to clients through shared insights and experiences.

• Diverse client interactions require a respectful and adaptive approach, accommodating various cultural beliefs, interpersonal styles, and behaviors.

• Deliver reliable on-call coverage, demonstrating readiness to support clients during and outside of regular program hours as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and managing mental health challenges, with a focus on risk assessment and crisis intervention.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering effective client rapport and team cooperation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
