Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' emotional, social, and behavioral needs effectively.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions addressing critical issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and social adjustments.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques for short-term and long-term individual counseling engagements.

• Lead group counseling initiatives that focus on essential topics such as bullying prevention strategies, stress management techniques, and the development of social skills.

• Collaborate with educators and administrators to design and execute focused interventions addressing behavioral challenges in the classroom.

• Support transition planning for students moving to new educational stages and facilitate necessary referrals to local community resources.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and risk assessment to ensure the safety and mental well-being of students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
