Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying strengths and challenges applicable to their unique situations.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of children and adolescents.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to promote client growth and resilience.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that align with client goals, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and educational professionals to create integrated care models.

• Offer crisis intervention services, ensuring safety plans are developed for at-risk clients.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, connecting them with essential community resources and providing supportive case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds who attend local schools. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
