Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to comprehend clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, tailoring interventions to their unique situations.

• Oversee the delivery of individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that set realistic goals and specify actionable interventions aimed at enhancing clients’ mental well-being.

• Work in partnership with psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals within the school system to ensure a comprehensive, coordinated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to support client stabilization.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate interactive group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared experiences among clients.

Qualifications\n
