Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, utilizing standardized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to create personalized care plans that reflect their unique needs and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual and family systems, continually monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment records, and clinical notes using current technology and adhering strictly to regulatory standards and internal protocols.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
