Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to students’ developmental stages and specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify students’ mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation strategies and active listening techniques.

• Assist students and their families in connecting with vital community resources, such as housing assistance, healthcare services, and financial aid programs.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, school psychologists, and community service providers, to ensure a coordinated approach to student care.

• Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards to ensure confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Advocate for clients' rights and work with them to set and achieve long-term wellness and academic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus primarily on children and adolescents within the educational system, many of whom may be dealing with emotional, behavioral, or situational challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, equipping you with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for effective practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
