Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs, incorporating feedback from caregivers and educators to form a comprehensive perspective.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, setting specific, measurable goals in collaboration with both the patient and their support system.

• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving patient needs and maintain alignment with the best practice standards in mental health care.

• Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions for students, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to various age groups and needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, offering immediate assistance to students facing acute mental health crises.

• Evaluate family dynamics and assist clients in navigating emotional and behavioral challenges present in their daily lives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who are experiencing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A valid Social Work License in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required.
