Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental, emotional, and social needs of students.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with students, their families, and school staff that align with educational goals.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.

• Work closely with teachers and administrators to support students in crisis and to promote mental health awareness within the school community.

• Facilitate workshops and training programs for staff and parents on topics such as resilience, emotional intelligence, and coping strategies for children.

• Advocate for students' rights and access to necessary resources, connecting families to community services as needed.
\n
• Document treatment plans and maintain accurate records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children and adolescents within a school setting who may be facing various emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. The LCSW will address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, family dynamics, bullying, and academic stress. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
