Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments tailored to evaluate the strengths, needs, and challenges faced by students, effectively informing their individualized care.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in both individual and group formats.

• Collaborate with school personnel and community resources to develop integrated care plans that support students’ emotional and academic success.

• Advocate for students’ rights, promoting access to community resources, including mental health services, educational support, and crisis intervention.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

• Engage in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your clinical expertise and stay abreast of emerging therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on school-age children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will also support families in addressing systemic challenges that may affect students’ academic performance and social interactions. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, you will help young individuals explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards achieving their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly in mental health or social work settings involving youth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and case load.
