Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations using standardized mental health tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to diagnose and create individualized treatment plans that consider the unique cultural and social backgrounds of each student.

• Perform ongoing monitoring of patients' progress and implement evidence-based interventions designed to enhance mental health outcomes, aligning with both regulatory standards and best clinical practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and other clinical records, utilizing current electronic health record systems to ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant legislation.

• Collaborate closely with students, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust comprehensive treatment plans that address each patient’s specific needs and objectives.

• Facilitate referrals to supplementary services and ensure an ongoing link between patients and community resources or treatment providers, fostering a network of support.

• Engage with peers and contribute to a culture of learning by providing mentorship and guidance to interns and associates, enhancing the academic environment of the organization.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the clinic’s initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on providing mental health treatments to students and families affected by various mental health challenges, including those coping with cancer diagnoses. As a clinician in a school environment, you will engage with adolescents and their families, making it essential to understand the various stressors and emotional factors impacting this demographic. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
