Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that are tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough and evidence-based screenings to identify clients' mental health issues and necessary support systems.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions as needed, ensuring timely support during urgent situations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and engage in regular case reviews to enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with organizational standards.

• Engage with families and caregivers to provide education and resources pertaining to mental health issues.

• Participate in agency-wide committees aimed at quality improvement and service delivery enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
