Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs of students, understanding their strengths and challenges.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy that employs evidence-based practices, ensuring engagement and effectiveness in treatment.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care in a school-based context.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans inclusive of measurable goals and therapeutic interventions directed at enhancing the emotional and psychological well-being of clients.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including school staff, to develop client-centered treatment plans that meet the unique needs of students.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and comprehensive safety planning when required to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client sessions and progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate support groups, psychoeducational classes, and therapy sessions that encourage peer support and community engagement.

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health services to students from various backgrounds within the school system. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
