Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify developmental needs and tailor intervention strategies accordingly.

• Participate actively in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development, ensuring that goals reflect the unique needs of each child and family.

• Provide continuous emotional and practical support to families, offering strategies that foster child development and enhance family dynamics.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations governing educational and health services.

• Utilize evidence-based practices derived from the Natural Learning Environment Practices model to craft diverse learning strategies tailored to varying developmental styles.

• Facilitate sessions in natural settings, establishing joint plans with families and recommending adjustments in service frequency based on developmental assessments.

• Deliver educational resources and training for families to empower them in supporting their children’s development independently.
\n
• Employ a coaching model that emphasizes natural teaching strategies within the child’s everyday environments.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
