Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments for clients, identifying their unique strengths and areas for growth.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to the needs of our school-aged clients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care that integrates mental health support with educational success.

• Advocate for clients by ensuring they have access to appropriate community resources and support services.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health record systems.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to enhance treatment strategies and discuss client progress, while also participating in ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma-related challenges. By creating a safe and supportive therapeutic space, you will help students navigate their mental health journeys, improve coping mechanisms, and develop the resilience necessary to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, with a focus on school environments preferred.
