Work Environment\n

This full-time LCSW position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in service delivery while maintaining engagement with clients, educators, and other professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and thorough psychotherapy for students dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and other emotional or social difficulties.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s specific needs, establishing achievable goals and measurable outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based psychological assessments to diagnose and monitor client progress effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including urgent mental health evaluations, suicide assessments, and the execution of safety plans when necessary.

• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and healthcare providers to create a supportive network of care, ensuring that both preventive measures and interventions are in place for at-risk students.

• Maintain updated and accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and relevant communications to facilitate continuity of care and compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
