Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health concerns of students and their families, identifying strengths, challenges, and appropriate interventions.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including educators, psychiatrists, and administrative staff to develop integrated treatment plans that ensure holistic care.

• Engage in crisis intervention services by performing risk assessments, determining safety plans, and mobilizing necessary resources for students in distress.

Qualifications\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by additional performance bonuses.
