This position allows for a remote work setting, enabling you to connect with students, parents, and school staff from the comfort of your home office in Orange, California. Our flexible schedule accommodates a healthy work-life balance, allowing for a 4-day workweek from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough clinical assessments that address the unique needs of each student.

• Engage actively with the multi-disciplinary team to integrate insights from educators, parents, and counselors, ensuring cohesive client support and treatment goals.

• Regularly monitor students’ progress, adjusting treatment plans and interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide direct counseling and therapeutic support to students, utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Conduct follow-up assessments with students and families to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
\n
• Organize and lead workshops or training sessions for school staff and parents to enhance understanding of mental health issues.
\n
• Document treatment plans and client interactions accurately in our designated electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with elementary and secondary school students facing various emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, and psychosocial stressors. You will collaborate with parents and school personnel to develop supportive environments that enhance student well-being and promote healthy coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of California.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively counsel students and engage with parents and school staff.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, essential for formulating effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
