This full-time, remote position provides flexibility and allows you to work from home while staying connected with your colleagues and clients through advanced telehealth technologies. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life commitment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions tailored to each student's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate counseling sessions using therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to address student concerns, provide progress updates, and reinforce treatment goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to students experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Offer guidance and resources to families, ensuring they are equipped to support their child's well-being.

• Integrate new methodologies and best practices in mental health care to enhance service delivery.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this position will be on school-aged children and adolescents. Your work will directly impact how students manage challenges related to academic stress, social dynamics, emotional disturbances, and family issues. You will play a critical role in collaborating with school staff and parents to foster an environment conducive to emotional and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.
