Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children, taking into account their developmental history and current needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

• Monitor and evaluate developmental outcomes, adjusting services and recommendations based on data and feedback.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations in the delivery of social work services.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to create personalized treatment plans.

• Employ a coaching model to facilitate teaching within the natural environment of the child.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly infants and toddlers, experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Foresight Psychotherapy is centered around identification and intervention during the critical early years when skills such as physical coordination, cognitive ability, emotional regulation, and communication are being developed. You will also engage with their families, understanding the unique dynamics and needs that impact the child's progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
