Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Regularly collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and interdisciplinary support.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and shared learning.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to address immediate client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

In this role, you will primarily serve students in a school environment, many of whom may face challenges such as academic stress, emotional issues, family dynamics, and social adjustment difficulties. The objective is to provide therapeutic interventions that help students navigate these challenges effectively, fostering a strong foundation for their mental health and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
