Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients across different age ranges, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, completing notes and documentation in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care.

• Use our integrated scheduling system to manage ongoing appointments effectively, keeping an organized calendar to optimize your time and client experience.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights and strategies, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LICSW, you will work primarily with students and their families, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current, valid LICSW license issued in Washington State, ensuring the ability to practice independently.

• Minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, with at least two evenings available for client sessions.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, enabling efficient handling of caseloads and administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits\n
