Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct your duties from the comfort of your own home. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured work-life balance while serving clients in various locations across Washington.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and empathetic virtual therapy sessions for individuals and support groups, utilizing telehealth platforms to reach clients effectively.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including physicians, psychiatrists, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive and interdisciplinary care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client progress and treatment plans while adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate workshops and educational sessions for clients to enhance their coping strategies and improve their understanding of the recovery process.

This position primarily focuses on clients who are navigating the complexities of addiction and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
