Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Conduct detailed assessments of client needs, followed by appropriate social work interventions, ensuring all records are maintained accurately and punctually as per department policies.

• Provide individual and family counseling, facilitating crisis interventions effectively to address and manage emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Engage in regular consultations with family members and support networks to discuss client treatment plans and discharge strategies, fostering a collaborative approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will encompass a diverse population, addressing the needs of individuals across all age groups. You will work with clients facing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as those navigating substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure in Washington State.

• A minimum of 3 years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with word processing, email systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package, including:
